when you pointed out that this would be the first time we didn’t spend our bdays together since meeting each other, I didn’t think i’d be more bummed about yours than my own 🥺
I absolutely adore the PONY SWEAT group - it is the first time I felt truly accepted and included in a “fitness” space. there have been sessions where I have cried over the release of emotions just from being where I felt heard and appreciated. I have grown a lot since first discovering PONY SWEAT and learned more about myself, and can’t recommend them enough to anyone who wants to feel good, honor their body and soul with movement, and feel the energy that comes with the collective space shared by the other ponies. even through zoom, I feel them, and it is emotional and empowering.
we are still in the trial phase for our foster to adopt puppy. this week i learned that just because I work from home doesn’t mean it’s easy to have a 4 month old puppy - sometimes i’m in zoom meetings almost 9 hours straight and I barely get a break. Bonita needs much more activity and attention than I can give during the day. so my friend @teejayell17 referred me to the place where she sends penny (aka my niece pit) and it could not have been a better day. LOOK HOW HAPPY SHE WAS AND HOW MUCH SHE PLAYED and how sleepy she was when she got home 🥰🐶🥰
I had an endometrial biopsy yesterday. as some of you know, I was recently diagnosed with #pcos and that came about after not having a period for basically a year. so during the diagnostic procedures for pcos, they discovered my uterine lining was extra thick (heyyy) so they have to biopsy the tissue to ensure it isn’t cancerous.
this is the only way ahead imo
DO NOT COMMENT UNSOLICITED ADVICE // that being said, thx to all my friends that responded to my ask and shared their experiences with their PCOS journeys.
